The FORGE is an active and intentional mastermind just for Christian men seeking grow as Business Leaders, as Business Owners, and as Entrepreneurs.

The men in the FORGE take our roles seriously, we know how important it is that we work hard to improve, to learn, to lead, and to become more. We do not take this responsibility lightly, and we know that, through the gifts God has given us, we will impact generations.
Who Should Not Apply
The FORGE is not for every man. In fact, we suspect most men are not a good fit for this exclusive group. Here is who should not apply:

The main meeting time of The FORGE is the weekly Zoom call. Tuesday evenings, at 7PM Mountain Time. Members are expected to participate each week.

What Will Be Expected Of You?
If you become part of The FORGE, there are some expectations you should consider ahead of time.
This is not an environment where you can simply login, listen, remain silent, and log off. While we get that sometimes things happen and you can’t participate, this is a mastermind group – it is not a video to half-watch while you’re doing something else.
That means you are expected to participate. A main part of the power of this group is the collective wisdom, insight, and experience of the group. Your involvement matters!
When a topic is being discussed, when a fellow business owner has a question, we need to hear what you have to say. And, if this is an area of your true expertise, everyone on the call needs to know what your experience would lead you to in that situation.
We all have questions, and we all have insights to share. So there is an expectation that you will provide what you know to the rest of the group.
And, as above, sometimes it is a topic or situation you don’t know anything about. That’s also expected, those are the times when listening and learning make sense.
As a member of The FORGE, this is exactly what you would expect from the other members, and so it’s expected that you will provide that in return to your fellow business leaders.

How To Join The FORGE:
- STEP ONE: Complete the simple online application below. Members start with the application below. This is, in part, to ensure there is a good initial fit between you and this mastermind. Not every man who wants to join is accepted into the FORGE.
- STEP TWO: Complete Your Interview Call. You will have a private one-on-one conversation (online using Zoom) with Warren to discuss where you are headed in business and in life, what you need from a mastermind like this, and what you can offer the FORGE.

STEP THREE: If Accepted, complete the simple enrollment, and prepare to join forces with your new brothers in The FORGE.
Note: There is no open enrollment, this is not a mastermind that is appropriate for everyone. The Application and Interview are required for each man who wishes to become part of The FORGE.

After you send your application, it will be reviewed and if it seems like there is a good match then you’ll be scheduled for a short in-person Zoom interview with Warren (the founder of Significant Man Ministries, and the facilitator of The FORGE) where he will ask you some more questions, discuss some of the logistics, and you can ask him anything about the group that you wish to know.
We understand that this is an extra step; however keeping this a small group of men who are committed to the best community possible is our expectation.

The FORGE Mini-FAQ:
The FORGE is specifically designed for Christian men who are entrepreneurs or business owners. Because of this you must be someone who falls into that description, in order for you to get the most out of the group.
The design and goal is that yes, The FORGE is a benefit to both your business and your family. We know that no matter how full the wallet is, if life at home is not good – life is not good.
The men of The FORGE are after improvement in both areas of life.
Of course not! You’ve been in business long enough to know any such guarantee is immoral, unethical, and borderline (if not outright) illegal.
Your results are a result of your work. And if you expected a different answer to this question, this will definitely not be a good fit for you.
Every month we will have content written for men who are Christian entrepreneurs or business owners.
However, that does not mean that every month is a business topic. Sometimes the most important things for us to discuss are not business, so there will be months about marriage, months about parenting, months about masculinity, or other related topics.
And yes, there will be months that are very specific to being an entrepreneur or running a business. It is different being a Kingdom Entrepreneur, and we must support one another on that journey.
Regardless of the topic for that month, it will be specific to us men who are out in the world, trying to make a difference in our careers.
We are dedicated to providing a curated and select group of like-minded, committed Christian men who themselves are dedicated to becoming who God wants them to be. That means that the group is not going to be a good fit for everyone, and applying to join us is the first step to getting started.
The FORGE meets every Tuesday evening, at 7PM (Mountain Time) for approximately 90 minutes, using Zoom. We take a break for the Christmas and New Years holidays, and then pick right back up early in January.
After careful consideration, we determined that the monthly cost to participate in The FORGE is $179 (USD) per month.
We understand that some men will not be able to afford this option, and know that our free online posts and our free podcast provides great alternative resources.
We ask that every member commit to The FORGE for at least one year, but there is no contractual requirement. While we intend this to serve and benefit our members for years, we understand that times and situations change and members may need to cancel.
You cancel directly in the online community (we use Stripe as our payment processor for this, so you can cancel there as well). Your brothers in the Forge and we will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel at any time.
The FORGE is an ongoing monthly mastermind organization. As such, there are no refunds for prior months that have already been paid for.
What happens in The FORGE stays in The FORGE. It is a requirement of every member of the group that private and confidential conversations remain private and confidential. As such, the weekly Zoom calls are not recorded.
Warren Peterson first started his entrepreneurial journey mowing lawns as a young boy, when he was quickly bitten by the entrepreneur bug.
He is the founder of Significant Man Ministries, CEO of Significant Life, an author, mentor, leader of the BASECAMP live events, and facilitator of the FORGE.
He is also the author of several books including the Tactical Guide to the Bible, Jesus: Man to Man, and Becoming a Significant Man.
While it seems that having a private Facebook Group is the most popular thing to do, we have made the conscious choice to NOT create a private FB group for the FORGE.
Within our own Christian Men’s Community, we have a private section just for the men of the FORGE. So members can use that to share updates with the group, to message members individually, and so on, but there is no FB group.
We think it is time to start separating from the older social media companies and we want our members to have control over their experience.
Yes, all our weekly calls take place over Zoom. You need a quiet place to talk, where your camera and mic will work well.
